We are a group of likeminded researchers/educators who feel passionately about improving the learning opportunities of (emergent) bi/multilingual students and also students who speak other dialects/varieties of a dominant language at home. You can see who we are - and what this website is all about - in the 'About us' section.
On this website, we have a news section, we will be putting up anything we think is relevant and newsworthy such as different conferences, seminars and symposia that may be of interest, and hot-off-the-press articles. These will be open-access articles where possible.
We also have a blog called ‘Living Languages’. Here, we will offer different ways of thinking about language and teaching/learning approaches, and will use this space to experiment with different ways of writing as well.
Our final section is a resources page that will be dedicated to anything that has been designed or developed as a resource or framework for educational settings. Again, we will be focusing on resources that are open access.
This site is a work-in-progress and we also hope to include events once we are up and running.
Watch this space and do get in touch if you have something you would like to share!
